Detailed version of the programme

A preliminary, more detailed version of the program has been made available:

  • Full programme with more detailed information about the daily events
  • Sessions on Thursday November 9th, including the presenters
  • Sessions on Friday November 10th, including the presenters
  • Sessions on Saturday November 11th, including the presenters

If you’ve received notification that your abstract has been accepted for presentation as a poster but cannot locate your name in the preliminary program, there’s no need for concern. You will have the opportunity to present your poster during the standard poster session scheduled for Friday, between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Your poster’s abstract and your name will both be prominently featured in the final program.

No rights can be derived from the preliminary program as we may be forced to make changes. We have grouped the various contributions into thematic sessions so that there is no overlap on a first-author basis. Requests for specific dates or times can therefore unfortunately no longer be honored. With these circumstances in mind, please do not hesitate to notify us if you encounter persistent problems or substantial concerns. Finally, we would like to remind you to regularly check the latest update of our programme on the website. We look forward to the great diversity of contributions at the conference and to live discussion and exchange.
