By Kris Knorr

Are you still buzzing with excitement from the 2023 ISSOTL conference in Utrecht? Did your poster presentation spark engaging discussions and insights? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to take your poster presentation to the next level and contribute to Teaching & Learning Inquiry (TLI) – the open access journal of the International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (ISSOTL).

TLI is now accepting poster submissions from the most recent ISSOTL conference for publication consideration. This offers a fantastic chance for you to extend the impact of your work beyond the conference walls and into the wider scholarly community.

Submission Guidelines:

Peer Review Process: All submitted posters will undergo a peer review process similar to other scholarly content published in TLI. This ensures that high quality posters are selected for publication.

Formatting Requirements: All formatting requirements can be found in the TLI Style Guide .  Additional poster evaluation criteria can be found here.

Submission Process: Submit your poster as a PDF, ensuring it is accessible for online viewing.

Include a separate Word document with the following sections: Title, Abstract, Author Biography(ies), References.

Why Should You Submit Your Poster to TLI?

Extended Reach: By publishing your poster in TLI, you extend the reach of your research and teaching innovations to a broader audience of scholars and practitioners in the field of teaching and learning and contribute to new forms of scholarly communication.

Peer Recognition: Having your work published in TLI is a mark of peer recognition and a testament to the quality and impact of your scholarship.

Contribution to SoTL: Your poster publication contributes to the ongoing dialogue and advancement of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, enriching the collective knowledge base in higher education.

Transform your poster into publication to share your insights and contribute to the scholarly discourse in teaching and learning.
